Very disappointed with customer service

I have been collecting Mr. Coleman‘s work since 1987. I have over 20 pieces. Everything from originals limited edition signed numbered to really really nicely framed posters. The artwork that I ordered looks kind of dull. It doesn’t pop. I’m gonna keep it but what’s more frustrating is I’ve called the Coleman Studios and I’ve emailed them with no response at all. I understand people are busy but it’s been four weeks. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them without any replies, I’m just so disappointed.
